Unstressed final 'ure' and unstressed final 'er' in multisyllabic words are pronounced the same, if that's the sort of thing you're asking about. The 'ure' form, but not the 'er', affects the pronunciation of certain consonants that might precede it, especially 't', which is pronounced as 'ch' in that context

It seems that words ending in ar, er, or, our, re, ure, and ur are pronunced with schwa sound /?/ in British English.

Right, and with a schwa and a bit of "r" in American English (or "R-colored schwa").

sugar, water, tapir, sailor, augur, satyr, picture all have the same final syllable in terms of sound.

IPA /?/

Look up "sugar" or "water" in an American dictionary, e.g., Merriam-Webster online, and listen to the audio to hear it.

I have listened and it seems too much stress on R.

Are you learning AmE or BrE? In other words, do you wish to pronounce English as the Americans do or as the British do?

Then just say the plain schwa. The R-colored schwa we talked about earlier is, as I mentioned at the time, American.

Use the audio feature in the Oxford or Cambridge dictionaries for British pronunciation.
