Upon increase of places

-Students will be enrolled upon increase of places in the course. They should use (the) 'validate' system function to make sure that the intended courses are free from time clashes and fulfil course enrolment rules. All this should be done under/on BUSIS. (BUSIS is the name of an online system for course enrolment.)
