UPDATE>>ASAP!!!! NEED HELP

At the moment i am studying A-Level ICT and i need a end-user for my coursework. This requires me to write a letter to a company asking for permission to use their current system and also asking to have time with them to do an interview so far this is all i have.....ANY MORE IDEAS???

Dear Sir/Madam





My name is **** *** and I am asking for a minute of your time to read this short letter.



I currently attend sixth form college and I am taking a course in A-level ICT in my second year. The new requirements of the examination board ask that I find a real end-user for my coursework.



I am asking if I can use your company as an example for my coursework.



The coursework consists of:

• Investigating the current system used and establishing what is needed for a new system.


• Clear requirements from the user (in this case you)


• Interview the company employees or manager to ask any questions about the current system used.


• Receiving letters as evidence


• Designing a computerized system for the company (if you do not use it)

If you are willing to taking part in this situation, it would be grateful if you can write a letter stating:

• Details of the business,


• The business’ purposes,


• Processing information,


• Some of the problems encountered with, and


• Some detail as to how you are going to solve it.

I have enclosed a stamped addresses envelope so that it is easier to send a letter.



If you do not wish to take part in the wonderful experience, please could you write a brief letter explaining why and send it back to me in the stamped address envelope that came with this letter.
