A baby wants to be held and say "up, up". What profer verbs can I come up with this up?

1. Do you want come up on me?
2. Do you want get up on me?

If you are going to pick up the baby then you can say "Do you want me to pick you up?"

If the baby is going to climb onto your lap itself then you can say "Do you want to climb up?"

Note "want to ..." (you missed the "to" in your suggestions).

Or, if you are going to lift the baby up onto your lap, "Do you want me to lift you up?"
