who can help me with the following sentence:
Please note that we cannot accept any payment whatsoever in cash in respect of any transaction except up to ?10,000 or equivalent in the ‘Buy Now’ trade.
I'm confused by the meaning of "except up to ?10,000".
My guess is "if the payment is less than ?10,000, you can't pay in cash, if the payment is more than ?10,000 , you can pay in cash". But I guess it's more often the other way round. Am I right?
