UP ON

Hello friends,
I have a doubt on this sentence about this UP ON:
'Terri managed to get me on a live radio folk extravaganza broadcast from Riverside Church up on Riverside Drive'

It wants to say that Riverside Church is in Riverside Drive?
Up there?

Thanks in advance, Jo.
