Up high vs High up

?Which one is grammatical and natural?

1) I do not like being up high. 2) I do not like being high up.

Context: Suppose your friend says to you, "I am going to go skydiving" or, "I am going to start mountain climbing." You might say to them, "You're nuts," because maybe you're someone like me who is afraid of heights or who is scared of heights. I do not like being up high.
