'Taiwan UP' sounds like it means 'Taiwan arise!' More common would be 'Up, Taiwan!'

Hi Clive,

Taipei 101 was the tallest building in the world up until a year or so ago and it was the pride of the Taiwan and her people. Of course now the new Dubai Burj Khalifa Tower took the honor from Taiwan.

I certainly have no idea what "up" means in that context. Maybe you are right...!
