Untold/ untouched/ uninhabited

1. Our products are untouched by human hands.

2. The island was uninhabited by humans.

3. The story remains untold.

Are the underlined not passive verbs but adjective(adjectival passives?)

Actually, I get confused because there is by in #1 and #2. So it looks the underline in #1 and #2 is passive verbs. What do you think?
