2.Do not stop until I don't say to stop.

That is a very strange sentence.
It says you are helping us now. As long as you keep helping us, we can't help you.
After you stop helping us, we can then help you.

I'm pretty sure that's not what was meant.

If you replace "until" with "if" (including in your first post) you will have meaningful sentences.
