until then/until after then/by then

Yesterday I waited for the bus until 2 o'clock, but the bus didn't arrive by then. So I took the taxi.

Yesterday I waited for the bus until 2 o'clock, but the bus didn't arrive until after then. So I took the taxi.

The bus arrival time was 2 o'clock. So, I waited for the bus at the bus stop until then when the bus arrived.

Are all these sentences correct?
