Until + pres. perfect?

My apologies, if this has been answered before, but here's my dilemma:
"Your application has been registered. However, it is not complete until:"
A) you receive your confirmation e-mail
B) you have received your confirmation e-mail

Aren't those two essentially the same, or is there a difference to be considered? Thank you.
