Until or till?

Can anyone clarify the difference between the two words:

Some use 'until' to mean 'up to' but excluding Monday and use 'till' to refer to 'up to' including Monday.

What is the real semantic difference hère?

None. (Personally, I never use "till"; I find "until" is sufficient in all contexts.)
