"I haven't been able to contact you until now" means " In the past I could not contact you, but now I can contact you" So according to this explanation, this sentence would mean"now they have already brought the products to us", but I think it is not reasonable.

Hi Tuongvan

Mister Micawber is correct in saying that She has never been happy until now = She was unhappy in the past, but she is happy now.

"I haven't been able to contact you until now" means " In the past I could not contact you, but now I can contact you" So according to this explanation, this sentence would mean "now they have already brought the products to us",
