Until clean / unitl it turned clean

Can I say,

(a) After breakfast, my parents left for buying / to buy groceries.

I washed the car until clean and clear.



(b) He mopped the floor until it turned clean.



(c) When his parents woke up, they saw the car and the living room was clean.

You can omit "clean" if you want to. "clear" is also misplaced there.

Why not just say

He mopped the floor clean.

Or if you really want to use "until" then you could say
