until / before

Hello!

please correct me if I am wrong or point out this what's correct..

Can we start a sentence like:
a) Untlil we have found a solution to this problem we are not allowed to take any other actions.

or
b) Before we have found a solution...

OR

A suggests that "we" may have already started looking for a solution, but we haven't yet found one.

"You cannot go out UNTIL you have finished your homework."

B isn't as clear whether or not "we" have been looking for a solution or not. Perhaps this will be a future action.

"BEFORE you reach 60, your eyesight will worsen"
