Wasnt it wasnt until + past tense

Hadnt been it hadnt been until +past tense

You'll have to ask your question more clearly because what you have doesn't make any sense, for example Wasnt it wasnt until + past tense. Why are you using "wasn't" twice?

It wasn't until I reached the age of 21 that  I knew what career I wanted. 
It hadn't been ten minutes after she stormed out until she returned, apologizing.
