Thanks for the response. I thought the sentence means that the shop is closed on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. I may have the wrong definition of the preposition "until", or probably the meaning of the sentence is due to the verb tense. I would like to know why the answer is Friday. =)

Both the former and the latter mean the same to me. Dawn is basically when the sun rises. We danced until dawn means we kept dancing until the sun rose. When the sun rose, we stopped dancing.
