Unsure about the grammar

Can anyone help me with this sentence? " I am proud of the service I provide to customers and happy to see that the other customer service agents think of me as someone who excels at her job. " Thank you!

The only thing I'd do to your sentence, as far as grammar and word choice goes, is to change "the service I provide to customers" to "the service I provide for customers". " You could make the sentence shorter, but you would lose some of the meaning.
