The other day I was listenig to the BBC world news and heard the following sentences:
The government of pakistan is ( unrolling / unveiling ) a massive compensation scheme for the flood victims.
So far 38000 cases of fraud ( are being/ have been ) officially investigated.
But I'm not sure which one of the words in parentheses I heard exactly ! What do you think? Which ones seem to fit in the sentences above better? Thanks very much.
