In some movie covers I saw "unrated"... what dose they mean?

The MPAA assigns ratings to movies based on what ages should be allowed to see it. G is for children, R is for 17 and older.

Unrated means that the movie wasn't submitted to the MPAA (usually because it would get the strongest rating)
