'unmopped', 'unvacuumed', and 'unspaced'

Can we use 'unmopped', 'unvacuumed', and 'unspaced' be used in writing? They're not in OneLook, and I hear them used all the time.

~an unvacuumed carpet~
~an unmopped linoleum floor~
~an unspaced m-dash~

...thanks...

Although correct, they are seldom used. They do, however, provide a clear picture of the situation they describe. We usually convert the word to its opposite, such as ‘dirty’.
