You should not try to help strangers in dander directly unless you have speical knowledge. Even though you mistreat minor injures and bleeding , it will not worsen his/her problems severely. However, if he/she has a heart attack or major physical injuries, you can worsen his/her situation by trying to help him without speical knoweldge. Just call 911 or an ambulance.
