Hello everyone. I want to know the meaning of the following sentence.

1. unless she had no experience, she succeeded in getting the job.

Is the above sentence equal with "Although she had no experience, she succeeded in getting the job."

The two sentences do not have the same meaning.

1. Unless she had no experience, she succeeded in getting the job.
There is only one reason she might not have gotten the job. That is if she had no experience.
If she had experience, she got the job.
I'm sure she got the job, but there could be one reason she didn't get the job. Maybe she didn't have any experience.
