UNLESS / EITHER / WHILE / NORMAL THAT vs NORMAL FOR

Could you please help me with this?

- Why would he do that unless he a big hand? (can you use UNLESS this way?)
- She either doesn't know how to do it or he doesn't, but there is definitely something wrong.
- I'm watching a movie while I'm playing./I watch a movie while I'm playing./while I play
- What he stole from me I got back from her.
-It's normal that he wants to see the product before buying it./Its normal for him to want to see the product...
- I'm behind wit/on this show. I've missed the last few episodes.
- She doesn't watch as many film per day as she used to.

For 3 is that the one you prefer and can all 3 be said?

Whats the difference between THAT and FOR after NORMAL you said you preferred THAT.
