University Letter

Can someone please help me with a letter to a University. I need more information regarding to the requirements.

Thank you for offering me a place at the Faculty of Architecture. I am excited about the opportunity your university offers and I would very much like to accept the offer. As I am keen to get into your university, I would appreciate if you could inform me whether I meet the requirements necessary to the offer I received. Below are the details of my background.

I have passed my Chinese A-Level exam in June 2013 with grade A and Chinese is my first language. Would your university consider this as part of the offer?

I have also re-sat my maths Core 1 paper prior to the application and will be re-sitting a few more in the summer, would this affect the offer?
