Units studied include : "computer" or "computing" ...

0Hello,02br
02br
00While I was sutdying in France my HND in Electrical Engineering, I studied "Computers" in general... so I wrote "computer" in my listing of units studied, but a colleague is now telling me that I would write "computing" and not "computer" as computing is, in his opinion, a more generic word...02br
02br
00So what do you reckon? "computer" or "computing" or both are acceptable.02br
02br
00Thanks in advance.02br

0Hi Ludo,02br 02br 00"Computer" is not acceptable. You must write "Computers" or "Computing". Either would be acceptable, but I would agree with your colleague that the latter sounds more natural.
