Unit Bath

What do you call units where there are a bathtub with a shower and a toilet in a small space?
In Japan, those units can found in apartments and hotels.
In Japanese English, it's called "Unit bath." I wonder if it's intelligible?
Do you have any proper word?

1) Bath and shower module
2) Modular bathroom
3) Prefabricated bathroom
4) Any other?

Here is the example of the unit.

In the U.S. a "full bath" (short for "full bathroom) has toilet, sink, tub and shower (usually combined.). A "half bath" has toilet and sink but no shower or tub. Sometimes you'll see "three-quarter bath," meaning toilet, sink and shower stall but no tub.

Yes, some people during a remodel would remove the tub and put in a modern European shower booth. However, we won't be able to call it a "full bath" in the California real estate market. The reason being is that for

You're speaking of a bathroom cast from what seems a single big plastic unit, right? Those are not common elsewhere, and I can think of no specific name. I think 'unit bath' is a good choice, with 'modular bath' my next favorite.

Thank you, everyone. Yes, I am talking about a single plastic unit with a shower over a bath tub and a toilet just beside the tub. I hear that Unit Bath is Japanese English and I now understand that it can not be completely replaced with other term.

The first time I encountered it was over 50 years ago on a train during my first visit to German. An American with whom I had been chatting excused himself to 'go to the bathroom'. I was amazed to think
