The line graph gives the information about the percentages of teachers who were employed in Ontario from 2001 to 2007.
At the beginning of the period, English teachers had higher opportunities to find a job. In 2001, 71% of English teachers found a stable job. In contrast, 70% of French teachers who were employed in the same year. In 2002, both group of teachers saw dropped significantly by 17 %. Form 2002 to 2003, the percentages of English teachers decrease dramatically to 40 % while there was considerable increase about 68% of French group. After four years, the percentages of French rose slightly with minor fluctuation. However, the employment of new graduates as English teachers increase slightly to 45% form 2003 to 2005 before falling to 29% in 2007.
Overall, the percentages of French teachers increased between 2003 and 2007, but the trend for English teachers was the opposite.
