Uniquely and truly names of country

Here are slogans of countries and I have questions about some slogans like UNIQUELY Singapore, Malaysia Truly Asia, etc. Generally adjectives modiy nouns like amazing THAILAND, DYNAMIC KOREA, etc and then is there a reason adverbs are used for the slogans or does it say sometimes adverbs modify nouns like the slogans above?

What do you native English speakers think and what is the purpose of it? Thank you so much in advance.

These are kind of cute slogans that are probably not intended to be grammatically rigorous. However, I feel that I mentally, in a vague/imprecise way, assume some other stuff, such as "This (whatever it is) is uniquely (a product of) Singapore".
