Unique, single or singular ?

Hello, I woul like to say "This represents a great opportunity for me" using the word chance. Which is the best way of saying so among the following sentence ? And why?

This is a single chance for me.

This is a unique chance for me.

This is a singular chance for me.

Thanks.

Either of the last two are fine (I like singular better-- it is not hyperbolic). The first one is wrong.
