Ungrammatical Questions in Ads

Hi. Is it OK to use ungrammatical question forms in the advertisement texts of the following form:

Short of time? Take advantage of the summary.

Need a loan? Just visit our bank.

Have your own travel agency? Take advantage of our partner program to attract more clients.

Or we have to use do you, don't you, etc.?

Thanks.
