Ungrammatiacal Sentece

I read the below sentence (from a good writer) and believe it is ungrammatical. Surely it's a typo:

I am a representative in which I organize events.

Shouldn't it be 'I am a representative who organizes events.'?

I agree. It does seem ungrammatical to me. "I am a representative who organizes events" is definitely a correct version. Something very similar to that which you could also say which is also correct is, "I am a representative which means I organize events."
