Unethical farming

I have posted some sentences of the paragraph below on another English Forum for help. I reorganized these sentences into a paragraph as follows. How can I make it sound natural? Thanks for your help.

The 52-jia Wetland is situated in Wujie Township, Yilan County. It is a bird-watching paradise with a pleasant ecological environment. Most of the wetland is either rice paddy or marsh. There are more than 170 species of water birds and numerous native plants in the area. In 2014, the Wilderness Society rented thirty hectares of paddy field at this site. Rice is the main crop grown there. Taking the ecological cycles into consideration, eco-friendly farming practices have been adopted on this land. Since then, a large number of water birds have been attracted to this place for nesting. The name “Wu Er Jia Mi" which sounds like the Chinese words for "I love eating rice" was established as the commercial brand slogan. The income from selling rice is all put into a fund for sustainable farming. The main goal is to encourage people to protect the farmland. Everyone has a responsibility to protect our natural and ecological environment. We must never allow them to disappear due to misuse or unethical farming practices of our generation.
