Underwear

Can you check if the following pronouns concerning underwear are used correctly?
There is three pairs of underwear.

Can you pick up my underwear? Pick them up and put them in the drawer. (One picks up two) pick the other one too.

Or....can I go with "it" in the places of them, but still keep the other one part too?

Also can I use "underpants" instead and make sentences like they are my underpants or my three underpants?
