Understanding phrase structures

Other

the rest

used to refer to all the people or things in a group apart from the one you have already mentioned or the one that is already known about

the/your other

The other hotels are all full.

She's much brighter than all the other children in her class.

I chose this coat in the end because the other ones were all too expensive.

the/your others

I can see Julie, but where have all the others gone?

This is a definition of the word other and I have a question that might be somewhat odd but I am really confused with now.

When I understand 'all the people or things' 'all the' also covers things like all the things?

And I think that just 'the others' like

She's much brighter than the other children in her class.

I can see Julie, but where have the others gone?

In the sentences you listed above, the word "all" is used as an intensifier, for emphasis and effect only, and can be omitted in every sentence, with no change is meaning, for example:

"The other hotels are all full." means the same thing as "The other hotels are full." The word "all" is used merely to emphasize the fact that the other hotels are full.

And so forth.
