Hello everyone!
Help me pleaese:
Is it correct to say "It's understood for you" or should i always say "You understand it"

Neither seems possible in a normal conversation. I would expect "Do you understand this?" Please supply more of the conversation.

It's understood by you. (passive voice). Uncommon.
You understand it. (active voice). (Common, colloquial)

When we use the passive voice, it is almost always without an agent. It means "common knowledge":

It is understood that disobeying the emperor has negative consequences.
