Underpants

Could anybody correct it for me?

Underpants

Spermatogenesis is affected by high temperature. This is why our testes are kept in the scrotal sac outside our body at one or two degrees below the body temperature .

Wearing tight underwear make our testes attached to our skin where the temperature is higher, so man sperm count and motility may be affected.

So it is advisable to wear loose underpants, like boxers to optimise our sperm.

Could anybody help me with it?
