Underlined parts...

Hi!

I am not sure about the underlined parts. Could you please check them?

Vicky is a citizen of France and has good command of French; therefore, the documents to be served on her should not be translated into French.

Anonymous Vicky is a citizen of France and has good command of French; therefore, the documents to be served on her should not be translated into French. The underlined parts are fine, but the use of "not" (in bold) is astonishing! CJ

I'sdput an indirect article before 'good command'. 'French citizen' seems to me more natural than 'citizen of France'

The main problem for me is that the two part of this sentence seem completely unrelated..
