Underlined part - fine?

Hi!

Is the underlined part understandable?

Since you are not a citizen of Spain, please notify the board before June 26, 2016 whether it will be necessary to have an interpreter at the meeting, by stating the language into which it will be necessary to ensure the aid of an interpreter.

Thanks!

Any suggestions?

It should mean that the requested party must specify the language into which the translation will be necessary.
