Is the underlinded part fine?

The plaintiff, Jane Smith, stated in the statement of claim that on February 3, 2010 daughter, Lily Smith, born to the plaintiff. The biological father of the daughter was John Daw, with whom the plaintiff hadn’t had entered into marriage, therefore no information about the father has been included in the birth certificate of Lily Smith.
