1. He evaded his ban by joining the server under the name of ... . (is this correct? can I say under the name of? A gaming server by the way), or maybe with the name of?


2. He is banned from the server on/in or with this account?


3. You should better talk to him since or as you were the one who ... . (as you were or since you were the one?)

You could use '... had better...' but 'should' on its own works nicely.

I prefer 'as' but 'since' seems fine
