UNDER THE CRITERIA

I don't know if you can say "under the criteria"

1 Under the criteria that you are looking, you'll only find a limited number of houses that might suit you. You need to widen your search or be more flexible.

Can someone correct this sentence and tell me if "under the criteria is fine"
