One is in a car :

Which word is correct?
Under/Below a certain speed the application takes the data into account. Above/over a certain speed, the data isn't taken into account.

above and below go together pretty well. I'd use those. under and over aren't bad either, but they'd be my second choice, especially "over a certain speed".
