Uncle's Memories

Please correct the following sentence. Thanks.

Time has eclipsed all my childhood memories, both sweet and sour, but not those of my uncle who still remains alive in my mind. He was tall, but gracefully slim, and a little hunch backed. He would always drape himself in pure white dhotis and wear full sleeved shirts. He had jet black wavy hair, but relished keeping them unkempt. A thick pince-nez sitting on the bridge of his nose always hid his bright and enterprising eyes. Besides the pince-nez, which gave uncle an elegant look, a black umbrella got itself hung on his shoulder all through seasons. Thus, the umbrella became his sixth finger, and without it uncle would look empty and vacant
