Unclear text

I am reading a pdf text,,,but i found a line of paragraph is cover by the next paragraph so i can not read the text clealry,,how could i say that term of condition,,i mean when the wors is not clear because covered by some texted words

Apparently, when the document was scanned and/or changed to PDF format, some lines of text were covered by others.
