Unclear present simple

PicnicI have watched a movie today and someone there said: "Here he comes" isnt it right to say :"Here he is coming"?

No, it's not right to say "Here he is coming". Use the simple form after the initial Here or There that indicates an event about to occur. The number of expressions you can form with these is very limited.
