She may have the answer as she has helped me with a lot of questions and uncertainties I had regarding rhinoplasty procedures.

Or

She may have the answer as she has helped me with a lot of questions and uncertainties I have had regarding rhinoplasty procedures.

Should I stick to the tenses or is the original sentence okay?

And is there a difference in meaning?
