Unaffected/Uneffected
He stared at her lifeless body, completely unaffected by the sight.
Is unaffected correct? I've just read a lot about affect versus effect that made me really confused.

That's fine.
The word 'uneffected' is so rarely used that very few dictionaries even list it. About the only definition you can find is this one:
