ultimate hands

Hi!
I came across this expression while reading a guidance on a massage technique: “……. using ultimate hands.”
Then I googled this phrase trying to find out its meaning and met it in different contexts.
1) Ultimate hand sensation in a mini travel pack.
2) Ultimate hand car wash/ lotion/…
3) Ultimate hand gun/basin/…
So it’s really confusing. Could you please explain the meaning of the expression?
P.S.
Should I use “a” before “guidance” in my post?

Thank you, Alphecca Star, for your response!
So as I understand in this context by “ultimate hands” they mean the right hand for a right-handed person and the left hand for a left-handed person. I had it as an option but the plural form discomforted me. So they use “ultimate hands” meaning different people have different ultimate hands, right?

It was just instructions for beginners: “Slowly do the strokes using ultimate hands.”
Anyway, apparently, there isn’t any fixed expression like “ultimate hands”
